Verry Berry Shake
1 Egg 45 ml Milk 7 ml Lemon juice Club soda - to taste 20 ml Maple syrup 10 g Raspberry puree Ice cubes

Separate the egg and reserve the yolk for another use. Combine the egg white and next 4 ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously and pour into a tall glass. Top up with club soda and fresh ice cubes, as needed.
