44 ml Tomato juice Nutmeg - to taste 15 ml Falernum Syrup 15 ml Rum 1 bar spoon of Mustard (optional) Smoked Meat

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupette (broad-rimmed cocktail glass) and garnish with thyme (and a few slices of smoked meat).
