Pour the cranberry juice into a cup, stir in the rosemary and allow to infuse for at least 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place a highball glass in the freezer to frost.
Add the frozen cranberries and citrus zests to the frosted glass.
Add a dash of grenadine syrup, then the pineapple and orange juices.
Filter the cranberry juice to remove the rosemary, and add the juice to the glass.
Fill with sparkling water.
Garnish with orange slices.
