Roya Basil-ica
1 Egg 30 ml Elderflower syrup 30 ml Dry vermouth Soda - to taste 15 ml Blue Gin

Separate the egg and reserve the yolk for another use. Place all the ingredients except the soda and gin into a cocktail shaker with ice, and then shake vigorously. Double strain, then serve over ice in a Collins glass. Add the soda and gin, then garnish with a basil leaf.
