30 ml Vodka 15 ml Simple syrup 15 ml Non-alcoholic beer reduction Fennel seeds Prune skins 2 dashes of Peychaud's

Combine the beer reduction, prune skins, and fennel seeds, then let the mix macerate (soften) for 10 minutes. Combine the vodka, syrup, and more fennel seeds in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and then shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupette (broad-rimmed cocktail glass). Top with fennel seeds.
