Masala Chai
3-4 teaspoons Tea Sugar - to taste Milk - to taste 1 chunk dried Ginger 500 ml Water 3 Cloves 3-4 crushed pods Cardamom 1 stick Cinnamon 1-2 whole grains Black pepper

Bring water to a boil. Add the tea and spices and boil for about 15 seconds. Remove from heat and let stand for 1 minute. Heat milk (to taste) without boiling. Strain the tea mixture into cups. Add warm milk and sugar to taste.
