With the help of a juice extractor, extract the juice of 2 apples and 2 pieces of ginger.
In a shaker, add ice, rosemary and all other ingredients. Close and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Double strain and serve on new ice in a Collins glass. Garnish with apple slices and a sprig of rosemary.
