Goût du sud!
3/4 oz Lime juice 2 spoons Apricot jam Rosemary Sparkling water 15 grains Pepper

In a shaker, muddle the pepper and rosemary. Add ice and all other ingredients, except for sparkling water. Close and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Double strain then serve on new ice in a Collins glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of smoked rosemary.
