Garden Lemonade
1/2 oz lemon juice 3/4 oz sugar syrup tonic water 1 oz carrot juice 1/4 tsp lavender

Place everything but the tonic water in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a glass full of ice cubes. Fill with tonic water. *SIMPLE SYRUP Bring 2 cups (500 ml) water to a boil in a saucepan. Add 2 cups (500 ml) sugar and return to the boil. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
