In a saucepan over low heat, make a simple syrup by dissolving 1 part of sugar in 1 part of water.
In a shaker, muddle the kiwi, raspberries and cloves. Add ice and all other ingredients. Close and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Double strain and serve on new ice in a stem glass. Garnish with a zest of lime, a slice of kiwi and raspberries.
