Coco Bongo
15 ml Lime juice 1 Egg 7.5 ml Pineapple juice Nutmeg 15 ml Rum 7.5 ml Coconut water 15 ml Simple syrup 15 ml Amaro

Separate the egg and reserve the yolk for another use. Combine the liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then shake vigorously with, and then without, ice. Double strain, then serve in a martini glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
