Basic White Girl
3/4 oz Lemon juice 1 Egg white Tonic, lavender, rose and lime zest syrup

In a saucepan, over low heat, make a homemade tonic syrup by infusing 1 can of tonic water while incorporating 1 oz of rosebuds, the zest from 2 limes and 1 oz of lavender. Reduce the mixture for 10 minutes and allow to cool for 15 minutes.

In a shaker, mix all the ingredients. Close and shake vigorously for a few seconds without ice. Add the ice, then shake vigorously again. Double strain then serve without ice in a martini glass. Garnish with dehydrated flowers.
