225 g Sugar1 L Pineapple juice1 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice7 g Ginger100 ml Water500 ml Guava juice1 1/2 cup of Pineapple
Place the ginger in small saucepan with 75 ml of water and boil for 3 minutes. Make a simple syrup with the rest of water and sugar. Strain the liquid and combine with the guava, lemon and pineapple juices. Chill thoroughly.
