Sorbet Fraise-Basilic
Juice of 1 Lemon 2 Strawberries 3 leaves Basil 1 oz Monsieur Cocktail’s Unicorn Syrup

With the help of a smoking gun, smoke the basil leaves and put them in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the basil leaves and strawberries in the shaker. Add ice, Monsieur Cocktail’s unicorn syrup, and the lemon juice. Close and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Double strain then serve on new ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of strawberry and basil leaves.
