Jalapeno, cantaloup, ginger and orange zest syrup
In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve 1 cup of sugar in 1 cup of water. Add 10 pieces of cantaloup, a few slices of jalapeno, a small piece of grated ginger and the zest of an orange. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then let cool.
With the help of a juice extractor, extract the juice of a banana.
In a shaker add the ice and all the ingredients. Close and shake vigorously for a few seconds. Double strain then serve on new ice in an empty cantaloup. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
