Place apple and lemon juices in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Trim a slice of pineapple to fit ithe bottom of the glass. Add ice. Pour grenadine syrup in the bottom of the glass, add the apple-lemon mixture, and fill with sparkling water. *GRENADINE SYRUP Boil some pomegranate juice with a little pink pepper and thyme until reduced to a syrup.
