Evan to Heaven
60 ml Apple juice 15 ml Lemon juice 1 slice of Pineapple Club soda - to taste 205 ml Pomegranate juice 1 g Thyme Ice cubes 5 little Pink pepper corns

Boil some pomegranate juice with a little pink pepper and thyme until reduced to a syrup. Place apple and lemon juices in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Trim a slice of pineapple to fit the bottom of the glass. Add ice. Pour 20 ml grenadine syrup in the bottom of the glass, add the apple-lemon mixture, and top up with club soda.
