Cumber tonic
1 lemon 1/2 oz lime juice 2 oz soda water 1 oz ginger ale 1/2 oz tonic water 1 tsp maple syrup 2 lebanese cucumber

In a short glass, place 3 or 4 ice cubes and a slice of cucumber cut in strips lengthwise. Add the ginger ale and sparkling water. Pour the fresh lime juice into the middle of the drink, and drizzle the tonic syrup and maple syrup over the top. Stir and garnish with lemon zest and a cucumber spear on a toothpick.
