12 g rock Sugar 45 ml fresh Lemon juice 90 to 180 ml Premium Tonic 2 drops Bitters Ice cubes

Place fresh lemon juice and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until cold then pour into a champagne flute. Top with tonic until almost full. Drop sugar into the bottom of the glass and stir.

Note: Can't find rock sugar? Add 1 teaspoon superfine sugar to the lemon juice and bitters in the shaker.
