Cumber tonic
1 Lemon 15 ml Lime juice 30 ml Ginger ale 60 ml Club soda 15 ml Tonic 1 teaspoon Maple syrup 1/2 Lebanese cucumber 3 or 4 Ice cubes

In a short glass, place 3 or 4 ice cubes and a slice of cucumber cut in strips lengthwise. Add the ginger ale and club soda. Pour the fresh lime juice into the middle of the drink, and drizzle the tonic and maple syrup over the top. Stir and garnish with lemon zest and a cucumber spear on a toothpick.
