Chicken or the Eggnog
1 Egg 15 ml Milk 30 ml Peach liquor 30 ml (Sweet spices syrup) Christmas syrup 15 ml 15% Cream

Separate the egg and reserve the yolk for another use. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupette (broad-rimmed cocktail glass) and garnish with rosemary.
